Brandon is a Co-Founder of Montrose and serves as Executive Chair.

In addition, Brandon is an Investment Partner at Bienville Capital and Pilot Capital and serves on the board of directors of Cortland UK, Cortland’s European property management division, Vero Technologies, a proptech company in the multifamily space, and StoreEase, a tech-enable property management company for self-storage.

After residing in New York and Connecticut, Brandon and his wife, Brooke, moved back to home to Fairhope, AL with their three children.

CTO | CO-FOUNDER

David is a Co-Founder of Montrose and serves as Chief Technical Officer.

In addition, David is a technical advisor to StoreEase, a tech-enabled property management company for self-storage, and Aptus, a tech-enabled financial service company. David was formerly CTO at Shmoop, an award-winning educational technology company that provides courses, test prep, and SEL solutions to schools and school districts. David's other experiences include advisory roles to the Vistria Group, a Chicago-based private equity firm, and startups such as Fellow, Hearth, Vero, and Seso.

A native of Chicago, David and his wife, Megan reside in the San Francisco Bay Area with their two children.

COO | CO-FOUNDER

Carter is a Co-Founder of Montrose and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He holds a real estate broker’s license in Alabama and Florida.

Previously, Carter worked with a full-service commercial real estate firm focusing on acquisitions, development, leasing, and property management.

Carter relocated from Birmingham to Fairhope with his wife, Hutton, and child.

HEAD OF FINANCE & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Brian serves as Head of Finance and Asset Management and is responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, and managing day-to-day operations of owned real estate properties.

Prior to Montrose, Brian held investment roles across multiple, multi-billion dollar hedge funds including Marathon Asset Management, Fir Tree Partners, and Bienville Capital. His expertise stretches across real estate, investment banking, private equity, and public markets. Brian started his career in investment banking and mortgage-backed securities at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Brian resides in New York City.

PROPERTY MANAGER | FAIRHOPE

Cameron serves as Property Manager in Fairhope, AL, and is responsible for guest communications, reservations, and property maintenance, among other duties. Previously, Cameron worked at East Bay Clothiers and managed vacation rental properties along the Gulf Coast of Alabama.

Born and raised in Montgomery, Cameron resides in Fairhope, AL.
